External Description: Griogchán is a large white mansion with an art deco modern edge to the architecture.

Internal Description:
Griogchán is the name for the whole building, but generally refers to the upper two levels. The top two floors, referred to as A and B, have various rooms to either side, each different in size to fit the demands of the boarder. Floor A, the topmost floor, has a meeting room at the end of the hall with a glass ceiling. That is the general meeting room of House Réalta, unless the Lady decrees otherwise. Floor B at the end of the hall has a café instead. Each room has its own bathroom/shower and kitchen area.
The first floor is called The Jungle. It's a soundproof area that spans the width of the mansion, seating many people comfortably on lounge areas. The Jungle is themed like it sounds. There is plantlife everywhere, the sounds of rain and birds when no music in being played, the furniture is decorated in bamboo, and so forth. The ceiling is spellcast to reflect whatever sky is outside. The stage is center and against the back wall so that viewing is optimal from anywhere in The Jungle. The bar is at the far wall from the entrance, and waiters attend seated attendees.

Good and Services Offered: A variety of kinds of rooms that can be rented, leased, or bought for any interested Réalta. The Jungle is a wild-themed music and concert venue for performers.
