Personality/Demeanor: Stable and patient are usually the first words which come to mind when one gets to know Allard. He comes off as the strong, silent type and people usually feel safe in his company. However, this does not mean that he is stoic to the point of unapproachability, Allard's kindness often shows in his deep obsidian eyes and this combined with his good humor goes a long way in getting people to open up to him. Like any member of his House, Allard does have an argumentative streak, and loves a good debate though there are times when he will just sit down and provide a listening ear. And yes, he is an all around Mr Nice Guy. Allard isn't exactly shy, he's just not used to attention or being in the spotlight.

Strengths: Allard's House talents tend towards the academic side of Deireadh. This basically means that he is good at storing anything he learns and is probably even quicker at withdrawing information when in need. He is a wizz at mathematics and logic, though this does not mean utterly perfect in judging a situation and is able to pick up languages quickly.
Weaknesses/Flaws: For all his stability, one just needs to put a weapon in Allard's hand to see that crumble into tiny bits. He is not the best fighter in his House but is trying to improve on that by making time for practice. Has a habit of mumbling to himself when he's reading.

Hobbies: Reading, picking up languages both modern and ancient, going through and restoring ancient documents, listening to music (he leans towards classical or jazz), learning. Does mathematical problems for the fun of it.

Appearance: For anyone who thinks that Allard dresses like an uppity liberian, think again. One look at him and you would never guess that he spends most of his time in the Castle libraries and amongst books and important documents. All in all, he's usually scruffy and unkempt. This is for the most part because Allard dresses for comfort more than anything else but he really can't help getting ink stains on his clothes or his habit of running his hands through his hair. His sister Perlyn is of the opinion that his nose is far too glued to his books that he doesn't notice the changing fashion trends or anything else for that matter. She is half right.

Allard is the middle son of Drushan Celtigar and Wren Reul-iúil, a pair of soulmates. Growing up, he was never as dramatic or attention seeking as his older brother and sister. Instead Allard showed an independent streak and would spend his time in the libraries absorbing anything that he found interesting. He never seemed to be afraid to ask questions when he wasn't sure about a certain topic and was often seen pulling on pant legs or skirts to get the attention of any adult he managed to come across.
It wasn't until his 350th pass that he came back Á Màrrach Àilean and joined the House of Deireadh.
