Hobbies & Talents: Nathaen is quite skilled in his
House talents, being that he is old. His mental
capacities are excellent, he can hold a mind, rip the
truth from someone or force lies into them. He also
works well with the elements. Sleet and rain are his
personal favourites, as well as lightening. He works
well with blades, guns and his hands, when he has to.
He enjoys watching movies and reading in his spare
time, and likes sports to keep in shape.
Apperance/Personality: Nathaen is a bit of a mystery,
as much of his life lies in shadows. He is a strong
person and a strong mind, that is to be sure. Like
the ocean, he can be calm one moment and angry the
next, but he would never raise a hand to the people he
cares about. He is tall and well built, but not
overly bulky, with tanned skin. His hair is like spun
gold, cut fairly short and a bit messy, pipped with
chestnut highlights, and his eyes are a brilliant
emerald green. He prefers casual clothes; jeans and
shirts, but has been known to dress up now and then.
Generally a good guy, laid back with a sense of
humour, he can be a force to be reckoned with, when he
chooses.
Other Important Information
No one, save for his parents and sister know
his real name. Has a large tattoo of a dark eagle on
his back, wings spreading from shoulder to shoulder.
History: Nathaen’s conception was accidental. His
mother, Allora, dispised Daryn Diavol. But hate and
lust often walk a fine line and the pair had a fling,
which resulted in Nathaen and his twin sister.
Angered, Allora named the twins Vengence and Vendetta
and raised them to be strong, fierce and energetic.
And for a while, Nathaen and his sister walked a
similar path, causing trouble where they went,
wrecking havoc for a price. Vengence and Vendetta
were names known far and wide, names that were feared.
History:
And then something happened. Nathaen saw a woman from
afar, and he felt a pull that he had never experienced
before. He approached her then, and when she asked
his name, he told her his middle name – Nathaen. And
since then, he has gone by nothing else. Her name was
Gillian Leir, and they soon fell quickly in love.
Eventually, that love would bring them twin sons,
Grant and Nevan.
But when the boys were still very young, trouble from
the past found Nathaen. A rather aggressive group of
people wanted to enlist his services, and did not take
no for an answer, despite the face that he did not do
that anymore. They claimed he owned them some debt of
service. Worried that they would target Gillian and
the boys, Nathaen did not disagree when she suggested
he was doing something dishonerable. Thinking it
better that she believed that than know the truth,
Nathaen fell away from his family, despite the pain it
brought.
He spent much time making amends – paying off his debt
and then making those people pay for taking his life
apart. He searched for Gillian after that, but the
Third Court War came, interrupting his search.
